Cultivar Farms is an WSLCB-licensed Tier 3 Producer/Processor located in Seattle, WA. The journey of the Cultivar Farms facility started as a multi-year renovation project of a derelict 50,000 sq. ft. former Roadway Shipping Express depot that had been vacant for nearly 15 years. The culmination of our efforts to breathe new life into this building manifested into what is now Seattle’s largest licensed cannabis cultivation facility. Located in the SoDo District of downtown, we are proud to play a part in continuing Seattle’s long-standing prominence as one of the nation’s pioneering and most relevant cannabis cultural epicenters.
